Very interesting… definitely sounds like something one would see used as a soundtrack for a suspense flick. It’s cool to see order defined from something that sounds rather random to the untrained ear. It would be fun to hear an analysis of Robert Lamm’s piano introduction to “Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is” off the “Chicago Transit Authority” album. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uy0ldI_1HA

Just bought your book, thanks for the xmas discount. Hope that it’s not too advanced for me.
Very mysterious sound, liked it, but for someone like me, just starting music theory at the age of 52, I don’t know if I will ever be able to get into this kind of sound. Who knows, maybe I will, I never thought I would join a band at this age either, but here I am. I have a lot to learn in a short amount of time. On top of that, my life is busier than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest.
Wish me luck, and thank you for all you do.
